UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be cancelling our April Cooking with Nonna Class. For those who have purchased tickets, we will be putting you on a priority list for when the next dates are announced so that we may transfer your purchase to the next available class. For those who cannot make the rescheduled class, we will be offering refunds.
If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com. *NOTE: We are closing down the club for the time being and our banquet director will be working reduced hours remotely, but will be monitoring emails that come in.*
The Nonnas are back for 2020! These tickets are already going SO FAST. You can watch the Nonnas work their magic in the kitchen (or in this case, in our main hall with hot plates), eat the delicious meal they make, and then take home the recipe to try it yourself. This month’s recipe will be chicken saltimbocca and pasta with pesto. The menu is subject to change.
Give us a call at (613) 542-9323 to pre-pay and reserve your spot. It’s a great date night or a friend’s night out! Tickets are non-refundable.
About the Nonnas
All of the Nonnas are Italy-born and over 75 years in age. None of them are professionally trained, but you can bet that the food they make will leave you wanting more.
“We are grandmothers, and we carry on our traditions from back home,” says Domenica Bracciodiete, a volunteer executive board member whose husband was a founding member of the Italo-Canadian Club.

About the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston
The Italo-Canadian Club is a reception, conference and banquet facility. We believe beautiful events can be accessible at any budget. That is why we remain one of the most affordable banquet halls in Kingston. Whether you are planning a small intimate affair or a large-scale celebration, we are the perfect choice for your special day. Known for amazing food, Italian hospitality, and a beautiful ballroom, we have grown since 1963. The original club building and the land we are on was purchased and built by the Italian community. To this day much of the work is done by our Italian volunteers. We remain dedicated to being a social centre for Italians and Canadians.
