Ashley Clark, Banquet Director
Ashley is the Banquet Director at Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston. A graduate in Journalism and Public Relations and Events Management, her previous experience includes coordinating events, digital media and journalism, as well as managing an annual conference for women’s health education. Her great-grandfather was an Italian immigrant to Canada, and Ashley enjoys the opportunity to share Italian culture with the Kingston community (especially when it involves pasta!)
Robin LeRiche-Halverson, Head Chef
Chef Robin LeRiche-Halverson’s culinary journey began as a very young girl in the small town of Port Aux Basques, NF; often cooking for her parents while they worked. Over the course of 35 plus years, she has demonstrated and honed a multitude of skills in the culinary profession and food industry,
Chef Robin is a graduate of the Culinary Management program at St. Lawrence College, where she graduated with Distinction and was a Deans-list scholar. Chef Robin continued to pursue her culinary excellence working in local restaurants such as Ivy Lea and Wooden Heads, before moving into management at The Glen Lawrence Golf Club, Windmills Catering and St .Larry’s Pub. Chef Robin has earned her Red Seal distinction and continues to pursue culinary excellence through mentorship of culinary students, teaching cooking methods in hands-on interactive cooking classes, creating new recipes and putting new twists on some old! She draws inspiration from her Newfoundland heritage, her culinary mentors, and of course, the Italian Nonna’s at The Italo-Canadian Club! From an academia standpoint, Chef Robin also has a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology; along with Certificates in Personal Training, and Nutrition & Weight Loss.
Chef Robin is an avid runner; teaching and leading running groups for over 23 years. She enjoys combining her love of food as it pertains to health and fitness, and sports nutrition.
Chef Robin is the first female Head Chef at The Italio-Canadian Club of Kingston! She strives to be innovative, yet stay true to the Italian culture of the Club; all while providing you with an unforgettable dining experience.
Hannah Ellsworth, Communications Officer
In addition to coordinating the maintenance of the website and digital communications, Hannah assists the Banquet Director in running events at the club, including weddings. Her experience includes working in marketing and communications at Habitat for Humanity Canada and Trent University. She also has experience working as a journalist and photographer for Kingston This Week newspaper and Absynthe Magazine.

Stuart Fraser, Keyholder
When he is not working is a keyholder and bartender for the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston, Stuart works in client relations at Assurant Inc. Stuart has been working with the Italo Club for more than two years now. When not in the office or at the club, he enjoys spending quality time with animals.
