Welcome to Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston

The Italo-Canadian Club is one of the largest banquet facilities in Kingston and has been around for over 50 years as an esteemed event venue and not-for-profit cultural club known for amazing food, Italian hospitality, and a beautiful ballroom. The original club building and the land we are on was purchased and built by the Italian community. we have grown since 1963, but remain dedicated to being a social centre for Italians and Canadians alike. To this day much of the work is still done by Italian volunteers.

We believe beautiful events can be accessible at any budget. That is why we remain one of the most affordable banquet halls in Kingston. Whether you are planning a small intimate affair or a large-scale celebration, we are the perfect choice for your special day.

Our facility can accommodate any number of events: weddings, conferences, fundraisers, galas, private parties, and more! Our chef has meshed Italian and Canadian cuisine to create a variety of menus to suit all occasions and budgets. Should you require something specific or dietary restricted, our chef will work with you to create a customized menu or modify an existing one.

Our Club is equipped with the following features:

Ballroom (seats up to 300 people)                 

Our grand ballroom, hand-built by the original Italian members of the club more than fifty years ago, is the heart of the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston. Its classic architecture will transport you to Europe, while its intimate size keeps your party feeling connected. With enough room to seat 350 guests comfortably and still host a dance floor, this is a great option for weddings and galas. 

Conference/Party room (seats 50 people)

Our Saletta is the ideal option for smaller events, from private parties and club meetings to bridal showers, or as a cocktail hour station before your wedding reception. The Saletta features its own bar and an adjoining outdoor patio (seasonal). 

Bar available in each hall

Whether you’re hosting an event for a party of three hundred or twenty, you have the option to include a staffed bar as part of your event. 

Wi-Fi

Stay connected throughout your event with event-specific hashtags, live videos for friends who aren’t able to attend in person, and more with complimentary wi-fi. 

A/V Equipment

Want to display that slideshow for your wedding of all your favourite memories? Or have a business multi-media presentation for your conference? Opt-in for our projector, screen or Smart TV.

PA System

From playing music while you set up your event, to hooking up your DJ or live band, our PA system will keep the good times rolling from your event start to finish. Our system is also set-up to support our wireless microphone and headsets if you choose to use them. 

Wheelchair Accessible

All of our entrances and exits are wheelchair accessible, as are our other facilities, including our washrooms. We are also happy to accommodate additional accessibility needs!

Ample parking for all vehicles (including busses)

With a large lot, we have space for your guests to park their cars overnight AND space for your bus to park until it’s time to take them home. 

Licensed outdoor patio

For those summer nights when you want to escape the dance floor and stand outside under the stars.

Whether you’re hard at work in an all-day conference or busting a move on the dance floor, your comfort is our number one priority. 

On-site ATM Machine

Whether you’re running a fundraiser or have a honeymoon donation bin at your wedding, we ensure that your guests always have access to an ATM when they need one.
