|Clients who booked in May will have the opportunity to reschedule their event to another date, or be offered a refund on their deposit if they must cancel. |
For those who are booked for the Cooking with Nonna class in May: we will be adding you to a priority list for when the next dates are announced so that we may transfer your purchase to the next available class. For those who cannot make the rescheduled class, we will be offering refunds.
If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Though we are currently closed for business, our Banquet Director Ashley will be working limited hours remotely to respond to emails and answer phone calls.

Message from the President Nella Belcastro, Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston
Dear valued members of the community,
With the recent and rapid communications from Government and Health authorities to increasingly take precautionary measures against the deadly coronavirus virus (COVID-19), we are closing our facilities until further notice. As Italian-Canadians, we have seen the impact of COVID-19 on our extended family and community abroad, and it is with them in mind that we make this decision to protect our staff, volunteers, members, and clients during this time.
These are uncertain times and I am encouraged to see everyone coming together to follow the measures put in place by our respective governments and public health authorities, including social distancing. Truly, the only way through this situation is to work together as one.
Any clients who have scheduled an upcoming event or purchased tickets for an upcoming event with us that may be impacted by the closure will be contacted by our administration staff, who will continue to assist our clients with reduced hours effective March 21, 2020. You can still contact us by dialing (613) 542-9323 or emailing us at email@example.com.
We thank our community for your continued support during this difficult time and express our sincere condolences to the community members who have been impacted by this outbreak.
In our temporary closure, let me say again: we are in this together. I know that you will all understand and appreciate the measures we are taking to protect our employees and all of you, and ensure the longevity of our club.
We will continue to monitor the situation and respond according to government regulation and recommendations made by KFL&A Public Health.
Please keep yourselves and your families safe. Thank you for making us part of your life and we look forward to serving you soon.
On behalf, the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston
